Personal Note From Erica

  • I have personal experience with the complexities and challenges of an expensive divorce in an hourly, highly paid legal system.  It took 1 ½ years to complete my divorce so I understand and value how working to resolve issues in an effective, timely, and cost saving manner in order to move forward with self-confidence, enhanced communication skills and a reduction of personal and family tension.
  • I have experience with separating and divorce when your child(ren)’s best interest is primary.  When emotions are getting the best of us, it may be difficult to see through the haze. I will support you in maintaining your focus with the ability co-creating the best solutions that work for your family.
  • I understand how upsetting it can be in a dispute when depression, anxiety, anger, confusion, and hurt is present and creates an environment that is quite challenging to think about the future. That is when a supportive, educated, compassionate and unbiased mediator is essential.
  • As an in-race adoptee, adoption consultant and advocate for adoptee rights, my focus is supporting adoptive families from placement to age 15. I have worked with families for the last eight years providing assistance around the area of adoption, reunion, and adoptee mentorship.
  • I am also a small business owner who has experienced conflict in the workplace and understand how to support those with a dispute while maintaining a working relationship that champions the needs of the business.
  • I enjoy kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, and community work. I remain grounded in nature as it helps me bring a calm and balanced approach to supporting clients
