PAYMENTS

Mediation: When a mediation is scheduled, full payment is due at the time. There are no refunds. Rescheduling within the next 20 days is an option. An additional payment will be due at that time. Sliding scale may be applicable. 

Workshops: Workshops: 25% deposit is due to book the date for workshops. The remainder is due within 30 days after the workshop facilitation is completed. There is no refund  deposits
